These Terms and Conditions apply to all offers and agreements between Ferdecommerce (trading as Cosmic Party Labs) and the customer (hereinafter: "Customer").
1.2
By placing an order on our website, the Customer explicitly accepts these Terms and Conditions.
2.1
Our primary products are digital download files (PDFs) for "Print & Play" games. We may also offer physical merchandise.
2.2
We attempt to describe and display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color (due to printer differences) are not considered defects.
3.1
The agreement is concluded at the moment the Customer accepts the offer and fulfills the conditions (payment).
3.2
All prices are in Euros (€) and include VAT (BTW), unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made immediately via the offered payment methods.
4.1
Upon successful payment, the Customer will receive a download link immediately via email or on the confirmation page.
4.2
Cosmic Party Labs is not responsible for download failures caused by the Customer’s unstable internet connection or outdated hardware.
5.1
For Digital Products: The Customer acknowledges that the right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period) is waived immediately upon the start of the download or delivery of the digital file.
5.2
For Physical Products (if applicable): The Customer has the right to return physical goods within 14 days of receipt, provided they are unopened and in original condition. Return shipping costs are for the Customer.
6.1
All content, including game mechanics, text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Cosmic Party Labs.
6.2
When purchasing a game, the Customer is granted a personal, non-commercial license to print and play the game.
6.3

7.1 Age Restriction:
Our games often contain themes related to drinking and adult humor. They are strictly intended for persons aged 18 years or older (or the legal drinking age in your jurisdiction).
7.2 Play Responsibly:
Cosmic Party Labs does not encourage excessive alcohol consumption. Players are responsible for their own limits. Never drink and drive.
7.3 Liability Waiver:
Cosmic Party Labs (Ferdecommerce) is not liable for any direct or indirect damages, injuries, health issues, or accidents resulting from the playing of our games or the consumption of alcohol during gameplay. Participation is entirely at your own risk.
8.1
We aim to resolve any issues amicably. Please contact us at info@cosmicpartylabs.com if you have a complaint.
8.2 Governing Law:
These terms are exclusively governed by Dutch Law. However, if you are a consumer residing in the EU, you also enjoy the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence.
