REFUND & UPDATE POLICY

1. Digital Products

At Cosmic Party Labs, we sell digital experiences (PDF Print & Play games). Because these products are delivered instantly via download, they cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.

Therefore, by purchasing a digital product from our store, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The product is digital content and is delivered immediately.
  • You waive your right of withdrawal (the 14-day cooling-off period) once the download has started.
  • All sales of digital files are final and non-refundable, except in cases where the file is technically defective.

2. Mission Feedback Loop

While we stick to the rules above, we are not robots. We care about your experience. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we want to know why.

We take feedback seriously. If you find a game-breaking bug, a confusing rule, or if the game simply didn't work for your group, please report it to Mission Control.

While we cannot offer a cash refund for downloaded files, we will do our best to resolve the issue or provide store credit for a different mission if your complaint is valid.

3. Version Upgrades

Our lab is always experimenting. Based on user feedback (intel), we frequently update our games to improve gameplay, design, or clarity.

The Cosmic Guarantee: When you buy a game, you own the concept, not just the file.

  • If we update a game you have purchased, you are entitled to the new version for free.
  • New versions will be automatically sent to your email or made available in your account dashboard.

4. Exceptions

We may offer refunds at our discretion in specific "human error" scenarios, such as:

  • Duplicate Purchases: You accidentally bought the same mission twice.
  • Technical Failure: The download link was corrupted and we could not fix it.
